What's In This Episode:

She's a badass. A 20-year-old badass. And she's revolutionizing the nail polish industry. Oh, and she's starring in a new reality competition show on TLC.

I told you she's a badass.

In this episode, I sit down with Neha Rama, the 20-year-old CEO and co-founder of Rungh, a do-it-yourself nail polish set that lets you create your own custom shades of nail polish.

In our convo, Neha shares about both the good and the bad parts of being such a young entrepreneur, how the idea for Rungh started at a home improvement store, and what the past few years have been like creating and growing the business.

Cheers to badass women, of all ages, rocking the business world!
